Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CozyKey, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is required at the time of booking through our authorised payment gateways.

Check-in & Identity Verification

As per Indian regulations, every guest must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in. CozyKey reserves the right to refuse check-in if identity cannot be verified.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking. Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect property rules, fellow guests, and staff. Damage to property, smoking in non-smoking areas, or unlawful conduct may result in additional charges or eviction without refund.

Limitation of Liability

CozyKey acts as a hospitality operator. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay, except where prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and imagery on CozyKey is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
